Pianoing (ずらし押し)
Explanation
Many
special attacks and SA's can be done pressing all three strengths of
the button ie: LP, MP, HP. In addition to this, button presses and
releases count as an input for special attack and SAs. Therefore, by
pianoing a special or SA, there are 6 chances where the attack may
register. This is useful particularly in situations where timing is
strict such as doing link combos. An example is when linking Seichusen
after a Hayate with Makoto.
1 button pianoing/double tapping (1ボタンずらし押し)
This
technique is useful when you want a specific strength/version of a
special or SA. For example, when doing a reversal fierce Shoryuken you
would strum your index and middle finger on the fierce (HP) button.
Because button releases count as an input for specials and SAs the game
registers this as 4 inputs for the same command.
