Upper-Summer

Explanation

A technique to perform a cancel for a down ~ up charge special move off of a standing normal move.
1)Complete the charge while having the joystick in down.
2)Return the joystick to neutral, and input the normal move that will be canceled.
3) Press up on the joystick at the same time as the punch or kick button for the special move.
This technique is called upper-summer because of a similar technique in SF2 where Guile performs a summer-sault (flash kick) off of a standing normal.
